Such a bad cough

Well, last night her cough got bad, and she woke up in the middle of the night coughing and gagging on phlegm! So, this morning we decided to get a dr. appt. for her. The dr. was so good with her, she checked her ears, oxygen level, lungs, etc...She has an ear infection in her right ear and her oxygen level was ok. She is on Amoxicillin for the next 10 days...ug! We are praying it works quickly. She really is acting ok, but I know she has got to be miserable when she coughs...it sounds terrible!!!! POOR BABY! It is so scary being a parent sometimes. She fell asleep on the way home from the funeral home (for our friend's Shawn and Derica - their Grandmother passed away) around 7:15 pm and I think she is down for the night. We have to keep her hydrated and we are praying she sleeps through the night.
