Happy face to sad face! Poor girl!
Today I took Brooke to the pediatrician. She has been saying she is hungry and/or thirsty about every fifteen minutes throughout the day and evening. I told the doctor and she said I was doing the right thing by getting her checked out. They poked her finger and got a blood sample to check her sugar level and it was good. So, then they decided to draw blood so they can check her electrolytes. We will get the result in three days. Please pray for her. It was so sad watching her get her blood drawn. Her little cry was a painful cry, and all I could do was hold her down and rub my cheek against her cheek or kiss her forehead. I didn't like to see her like that. She got to pick a prize from the treasure box when she was done. What a brave little girl!!!
